Bluhm Systeme is an all-in supplier of identification technology. The product portfolio includes coding and labelling solutions, as well as accessories such as labels, inks, thermal-transfer ribbons, hardware and software.

Various concepts have been developed in the RFID sector: A fully automatic solution for RFID labelling of primary and secondary packaging materials or pallets is, for example, the “Print, Code and Apply System”. The RFID labelling supply system prints and programs Smart Labels and applies them. Optionally, there is the RFID flag-tag applicator for labelling products and packaging materials containing metals and liquids. These materials can have a negative impact on radiowaves. Before the labelling process starts, the applicator folds the label part with the RFID tag, thereby creating the distance from the product surface required for optimum reading.

If only a few products are to be identified, RFID desktop printers are appropriate. The labels are applied by hand. With the Handy flag-tag, Bluhm offers a special version with special backing paper for labelling products containing metals or liquids.

Kennzeichnung für jeden Fall - RFID im Fokus

Bluhm Systeme ist Komplettanbieter von Kennzeichnungstechnik. Das Produktportfolio umfasst Codierund Etikettiersysteme sowie Zubehör wie Etiketten, Tinten, Folien und Hard- und Software.

Im RFID-Bereich gibt es verschiedene Konzepte: Eine vollautomatische Lösung zur RFID-Etikettierung von Primär- und Sekundärverpackungen oder Paletten ist beispielsweise das „Print, Code and Apply-System“. Der RFID-Etikettendruckspender bedruckt und programmiert Smart Labels und bringt sie auf. Optional gibt es den RFID-Flag-Tag-Applikator für die Etikettierung von Produkten und Verpackungen mit Metallen und Flüssigkeiten. Diese Materialien können Funkwellen negativ beeinflussen. Müssen wenige Produkte gekennzeichnet werden, sind RFID-Tischdrucker sinnvoll. Die Etiketten werden per Hand aufgebracht. Auch hier bietet Bluhm mit dem Handy Flag-Tag eine besondere Ausführung mit speziellem Rückpapier für die Kennzeichnung von metallenen und flüssigen Inhalten.
