With 30 years of experience in LCD & PDP process chemicals and hybrid conductive paste, exax have diversified the business portfolio into the printed electronics solution.

From 2008 we have initiated the mass production of printed RFID solution by equipping the world’s first complete production line with; antenna printing, chip bonding and label converting machine, and produce the RFID tags in a single pass.

Our specialty is in reinforced R&D capability and our focus on core technology that creates competitive solution and finest quality. We are using self-developed hybrid conductive paste and print out HF/UHF antenna patterns on flexible substrate like paper, polyester (PET) and polyimide (PI). All products which pass through our mass production line are 100% inspected. exax‘s printed tags have uniform readable ranges because silver is used as conductive materials and provides similar performance compared with conventional tags which applied etching method.

We can supply total solutions from conductive paste, printed UHF/HF antenna, dry and/or wet inlay. exax is one of the leading companies who is rapidly adapting the future solutions for RFID/USN based on the knowledge industry.

Mit 30 Jahren Erfahrung in der Produktion von Prozess- Chemikalien und konduktiver Tinte hat EXAX das Produktangebot nun um das Feld „gedruckte Elektroniklösungen“ erweitert.

2008 begann die Massenproduktion von gedruckten RFID-Lösungen, ausgerüstet mit der ersten vollständigen Fertigungsstraße der Welt: Antennendruck, Chip-Bonding und Label-Konvertierung in einem einzigen Arbeitsgang.
